Forinth - After a very pleasing run in the Novice Championships at The Festival of British Eventing held at Gatcombe Park Forinth's next outing was in the Novice Section at Winkburn Park which he won. Last weekend at The Osberton International Horse Trials he put in yet another excellent performance finishing on his dressage score leading to a win in the CCI* His final outing this year will be at Intermediate level before finishing for his winter holiday. He still holds a 100% fertility record as all mares to him this season have been scanned in foal. We have a very nice 2yr.old gelding by Forinth out of the Grade A mare Columbia XI for sale - visit our youngstock for sale page for further details.
JAHIL - Had a very successful week at the Scope Festival of Show Jumping having gained two qualifications for HOYS where he will compete in the Newcomers Final and the 6yr.old Final.

MAJICAL II - At the British Young Horse Championships held at Addington Manor in August Majical won the award for the top British bred mare in the 7 year old championships. We have for sale a very nice yearling gelding by Marius Claudius out of Majical and also Majical's full sister the 4 year old mare Maggie Mae X

Forinth competed at the Burgie CCI* where he finished in 15th place qualifying him for the Festival of British Eventing at Gatcombe Park in August. This was his first run at this level of competition so a great achievement.
At Aske Horse Trials on 4th July Forinth finished in 2nd place in the Novice section only beaten by the narrowest of margins. His next outing will be at Knaptoft CIC* and then on to Gatcombe. He continues to be kept busy with his stallion duties which are carried out in between competitions. He has some exceptional, quality foals on the ground this year, some of which are soon to make an appearance in the show ring.

Columbia won the Preis de Metzgerei Gemperli 1.45m class at St Gallen this morning.
Majical 11, Jahil, Cabridame and Cabriella will all be competeting at the BSJA Area 15 show at Allerton Park this weekend. Forinth is taking part in the ODE at Hexham Horse Trials on Saturday.

On Thursday 21st May Columbia finished 3rd in the Cervezas Mahou Trophy. On Saturday 23rd May Columbia won the Grupo Arturo Trophy. Both of these were at the CSI***** Madrid
Her next outing will be this coming weekend at St Gallen in Switzerland.

Competing for the first time at Novice level Forinth won at Belton International Horse Trials on Friday 24th April.
He is taking part in the Stallion parade at Bramham Horse Trials on 12th June.
We are proud to announce the birth of three embryo transplant foals. On 1st April a Bay Filly from Talan x Magical II, and on 27th April a Bay Colt from Jalisco x Sorceress and a dark Bay Colt from Jalisco x Image.

Columbia - 16th April - Won ' The Midland Masters' class at The British Open Show Jumping Championships and finished in 3rd place in the speed class on the final day of the competition. The agenda for Columbia is next stop Windsor International then Madrid, Switzerland, Rotterdam and then onto home turf at the Great Yorkshire Show.

Mine has been accepted as a SHB(GB) Graded Stallion receiving a Life Graded Certificate.The SHB(GB) Society has been invited to parade a small number of its Graded Stallions at the Badminton Horse Trials, Mine has been invited to take part in the parade. Mine is available for natural coverings as well as fresh or chilled semen at a substantial reduction in his stud fee.
The Yorkshire Sport Horse Society are holding a silent auction to which we have donated a covering to Mine.
At Arena UK Premier Show on 27th Feb Majicall II won the Bluechip Dynamite Championship Qualifier out of 93 starters.

We are delighted to anounce the arrival of our first foal of 2009.A thoroughbred colt by Byron out of the mare Queen Jean, he was born on February 26th at 11.15pm.Both mum and son are doing well.

Sorceress won the title of Best British Bred 5yr old in the BSJA section.Her award was received by Liz Wood on behalf of Mike Dawson and was presented by Will Funnell at the BEF British Breeders Dinner,10th January 2009 at the Grange City Hotel in London.
